Does anyone know of any free long distance phone services, specifically within Southern Ontario? I've heard of free services in the GTA area where you have to listen to an ad each time you connect. I normally use Netmeeting for overseas calls and it's great, but in this case the other person doesn't have a computer. Any useful information would be appreciated, thanks!

You can call within GTA and Newmarket for free, where normally you would have to pay long distance charges.

I use this once in a while when I need to call Vaughan from Mississauga... I haven't experienced any problems, so it has been pretty good.

I prefer to make 905 calls with my Fido cell phone (905 area code), since there are no charges on that either.
