I came across a Gov't funded Study, to quit smoking. They send you six (6) weeks free patches, to help you quit.

They do ask for a survey to complete takes about 10 minutes.
Phone number is 1800-350-5305 For the Survey.
They mail the free product express post and you should receive it in about 2 weeks.

They also have a site at www.stopstudy.ca
On this site it explains how the program works. You can also answer the survey on line and they will give you a voucher number, you print this page off and bring it to a list of pharmacies they provide.

I did mine by phone as most of the pharmacies listed are in the Toronto area.

Well I wish every one luck, I know I will need it.
