They tried to sucker me too. They wanted me to send them $15. If you really have won a prize, you shouldn't have to pay anything.

each one can be used only once. What people are doing is that they're guessing them- the digits are from 1-5, and the first digit is always 1. (at least, that's what they said). You can also get them at events.

the pin i used started with 44XXX ( replace XXX with 3 other numbers )

just keep trying.. takes a bit to find one.. but its worth the time.
