Hi, I'm a new member here, but I have been using this site for a while. Anyway, Grr....I finally got to 10000 points and the cosmetic bag isn't up there anymore.

I haven't received my prize from last month yet either....

I've ordered hats twice over the past year as well as a DVD and never received one of them.

E-mail inquiries have gone unanswered. I checked the address they have for me and it's all correct - I get the magazine just fine. What are the chances that all 3 things have gone missing? Possible I suppose, but never having my emails answered is even more annoying.
Biography Club just ticks me off and I wouldn't be a member if I didn't at least get the mags.

yeah i have heard MANY ppl complain not getting there things. so i never got into this because i think thats pretty bad if they cant send the prizes out.

oh i got my posters no prob. But i can never get the points for bags

I've only requested 2 prizes prior to this month (the tote bag and a GC) and they both came - I was pleasantly surprised.

I redeemed my points for the cosmetic bag this month. I was really hoping for a gift certificate, but they were all gone by the time I got to the site. I instinctively just picked the costmetic bag b/c I was so excited about reaching 10,000 points while there were still prizes left!

However, I don't really want/need this & I'm sure it will just find it's way into the Salvation Army donation box. If there are any fishies who wanted it (or who are collecting the set of bags) pm me and if it ever shows up I'll send it on to someone who actually wants it!
