Lucky you got the 10 Air Miles. Last time they had that instore promo, I bought my groceries one item at a time & still didn't win anything! (I live right by a Safeway.) No luck so far this time, either. They didn't even want to give me my bonus ticket for buying 3 ravioli cans. That's the only reason I bought 3.

Yes, I was lucky. This is the first time I've been to Safeway since the promo started and I got 3 tickets. The cashier was being chincy with me too, she almost missed giving me a ticket for my 3 cans of beefaroni. She went through the receipt carefully too.

Last time I also won diddley and I got alot of the pull-tabs. I shopped near the end of the promotion then, maybe most of the winning tickets were gone.

So, I didn't win the Juno tix. But I had such a blast! I walked to the Westin this morning. I got there @ 4:30am which is when they started taping. I got a few freebies there - a couple keychains that say Canada AM, temp tatoos. They gave me a free Juno 2004 CD/ Juno 2003 DVD! It's really good, I'm listening now. I also got a signed poster of Doc Walker - the band that performed on the show. Did anyone watch it? I don't know anyone who did.

This week I got a 60 min phone card, some flower & parsley seeds, & a make up sample & a boire nose strip thing from Jean Coutu. I also got an invite from GoZing to see the movie Connie & Carla but we rsvp'd last week & got there 45 mins early & after waiting in line for 20 mins a guy poked his head out the door & said there were only single seats & seats in the front rows left, so we ended up going to a bar & spending 80 bucks on drinks---so much for a cheapie free movie night!

I'm starting to think my postie has exceptionally clean dishes as I still haven't seen hide nor hair of those Electrosol tabs. Hmmm

Nah, I didn't watch, I was up wayyyyyy to late the night before and was struggling to get up. There's no way I could have gotten up at 6:00 AM. Nice you got some freebies from the event though.
