2003 Milk Calendar Contest .Three 1st Prizes will be awarded. Each prize will consist of two VIA Rail train tickets valid for travel between any two stations in the Ontario-Quebec City Corridor. Winners must make their own arrangements for transportation to the VIA station within Ontario - Quebec to their residence. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used by the Winner. Ticketholders must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult. Some black out dates apply - travel certificate will be valid for one year from the date of issue - travel must be done within the timeframe outlined on the certificate and no extensions will be offered. Two 2nd Prizes will be awarded. Each prize will consist of a cookbook, "Fearless In The Kitchen" by Christine Cushing.

I would think the entry form is in the 2003 Milk Calendar.Not sure when it comes out.But usually is in Saturday's Star.Hopefully this weekend or fairly soon
