Hi Gothixgirl, the 3M dish wand, was an offer they had on their site, but was limited to the first 500.
The 3M prizes, like the Post-it note dispenser, tape dispenser and flags if from a contest they have on their site, you've got to play and try to score in the top 20 to get a prize.
