In the last week or so I have gotten my Sunflower seed coloring books ( a whole bunch), Nivea hand cream, Oil of olay body wash and cleansing cloth.

Oh ya, Friday I got my free 3M dish scrubby. It came by Puralator. I really like it but I find that the soap tends to seep out a little too much while its sitting. Anyone else have this problem?

I forgot to add.... i cant remember if I wrote this here or not already but I wrote to Ragu and gave them a compliment about thier pasta sauce and they sent me some dollar off coupons good for any of thier products(It included Becel, Liptons, and tons more) I tell you, Writing to companies really pays off, even when you tell them how wonderful they are doing. Try it, You might just like it.!!

When I go through freebie withdrawl (which I have a bad case of now) I usually phone with compliments. I have to say about 50% of the time they'll send me some coupons. I guess I'm too lazy to write.

Do you find a better response writing?

I don't like phoning people so I go to the webpage hit contact us and fill out the contact us form. I've gotten really good response.

I've got two Chapman's trucks already, they're the same model (Kenworth W900) but different pictures on the sides... and a tuque on it's way... only 2500 more points for another truck, then we're going for the baseball hats, for all 3 kids for summer! I only joined in July, so the points add up real quick! Awesome program!

I do that too... depending on my mood, it's either a complaint or a compliment, and so far, ususally I get coupons. I wrote to Wonderbread a while back, and they sent me 6, 1.50$ coupons for their bread! Last night I wrote a bunch of emails... I was bored... Strubs pickles aren't sending me any coupons, but appreciated my compliments, and said they're setting up a coupon page, so, bonus! I don't mind printing them, but it's nice to get them in the mail. I wrote to Heinz again about the new baby cereal, and they wrote back saying they'll send coupons... we'll see if they're for the new cereal or not, I've written before and they sent me coupons for their old baby cereal (which none of my kids have ever liked), the baby food jars, juice, etc. Emailing companies works!

I got a pinecone pen today! I have only been invited one time for a survey but I got a pen so I dont feel neglected anymore.

I also got a purolator notice, I assume its the dishwand. Yay freebies.... now where the @#$% is my Singapore Clock and Dare Cookies?

Only the Pinecone pen & some flyers in the mail today. Haven't heard from Purilator...maybe 3M will send my prize with the dishwand. That'd be cool.

I sent a complaint to Snapple on their website about some stale Snapple with residue in the bottle & they e-mailed back with a 800# to "discuss my concerns". What the hell for? I said all I needed to say in the complaint message. There's nothing to discuss, I got faulty juice, man! Like I want to call up & dispute the freshness of my Snapple with someone who's got nothing better to do. I probably will, 'cause I was really disappointed. I hate calling people to complain. I sit on the other end of the phone as a job, dealing with people who live to complain.

This happened to me also Sylvia, and what I did that seemed to work is just **ahem** squeeze the foamy head and get out the excess soap that is in there and just let it dry. (Worked for me)

And Sylvia72, I did the same thing with Ragu, bought the sauce with ground beef, but they're was no beef So I phoned and complained, they said they're sending me some coupons to replace the cost of the Ragu, and a little extra. For this one I phoned.
I complained about a Swanson dinner through e-mail, and they sent out $6 in their coupons (Same company as Ragu, although I didn't know). They're coupons are great as they can be used together, on any of thier products. I got free Skippy peanut butter, and Hellman's Mayo, I think.
It pays to complain Free cigarettes, free products, mega coupons. I've found most companies to be very appreciative when I've let them know there was a problem, it helps them isolate where they're is a problem in the manufacturing, or on the line.
