BLAH!! I got nothing today, and I got nothing yesterday. Come to think of it, I haven't got a freebie all week! And I haven't seen my mailman around either!! Something -y going on here ........

Guess I'm one of the lucky few with a nice Friday mailman.

Got shampoo samples from Jean Coutu, 2 packages of printer paper, McCain sample coupon and a poster.

Maybe our mailman doesn't cheat on Fridays, because he gets to drive from mailbox to mailbox. No walking.

Yesterday a package with a recipe book that I won came in, I was shocked when inside I found spice packs and all sorts of other little goodies.


Better luck to the that had air in the mailbox, or worse yet bills.

My oldest son who is blind received a "talking watch" in the mail today from the CNIB's summer reading club - so he thought that was cool, they also sent him a fruit to go! My 7 year old son's school called and I thought he was sick or in trouble but turns out he found $20 outside on September 5th and turned it into the office since no one claimed it he got to keep it today!

So my kids were lucky anyways - all I got was bills

I got a Home Basics Magazine that hadcoupons & a sample Dove cleansing cloth inside.

Just a bill today.

I received a Kraft recipe book, A large pack (12 pieces) juicy fruit gum and the Jean Coteau Shampoo pack, quite nice six samples of different shampoo. And no bills today.

I haven't received one darn thing recently.... My neighbour's box is always brimming with stuff... and I'm beginning to suspect.. its all those freebies I've signed up for and contests I've won (uh-huh, yeah, sure) filling up her mailbox instead of mine.

I'm thinking, I'll bake the mailman some cookies.... or buy him a little present... and then maybe... he'll pass some of the good stuff my way.

I had a good day mail wise. I also received a pack of Juicy Fruit Red (yummy!) which is not yet in the stores and my long awaited $50. gift certificate from Milesource (I had just about given up on getting it). This week I also got some salt samples (red) and the Kraft magazine. I do so love not getting bills on a Friday!

I had signed up with Glow Magazine a few weeks ago. Got a nice sample of the new Channel scent, Chance, and a form to fill out for a product response. Nice smell, not like Mom's Channel No5 at all (thank goodness). Got some more coupons, and the dreaded hydro bill.

nothing on friday but I did get an email from advil for a survey and they are going to send me a free sample as well.
