The one for the lubricant.....try putting a US state in caps and write your Province and postal code in with your address. It worked for me. It says you must be US or Canada citizen so I guess they just didn't set up their website properly to accomodate both.

This one says in red letters near the top of the form:
"Promotional resources are reserved for Alberta residents only. Please contact your provincial chicken Boards for similar items. "

The Jean Coutu one is only good for eastern Canada (the provinces that have Jean Coutu pharmacies) but it definitely comes.

I am all for your organization and what it stands for. I totally do not support anyone who wears fur, except for the animals who should be sporting fur. I have ordered some wonderful things from your site for my son's daycare. I am appalled that you have even considered putting out this so called comic book. This is enough to give a child nightmares. I would never expose my 4 year old or my 17 year old to this nightmarish garbage. I thought your organization handled problems with class and well thought out ideas.
