i've been to hawaii 3 times...

2x with family... and the 3rd time .. uh... there was this one time.. at band camp....

yup.. i was in a band... it was a band trip.. not as bad as the band camps i've been to..

we performed at the HILTON...

I love to get out all over the world - I found that the poll was lacking a few choices. Of the places I haven't been yet, these are some of the ones I'd like to get to:
I'd love to get to the Near East - Egypt/Syria/Turkey. Also, Australia and New Zealand would be great. The Far East also has its allure - although I'm hoping to get over there on business, if that doesn't happen I'll have to find my way to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the like on my own.

While Aruba or Hawaii might be nice for just a short recharge, frankly, the one trip I've had to a 'typical' location like that was rather boring. To each their own! Some people like to vacation to travel and see the sights, some people simply like to relax in the sun.

What's the difference between a recorder and a flute?

For vacation spots, I'd like Costa Rica or Hawaii cos I'm more into the tropical rainforest exploration thing. New Zealand, China, and Japan would also make my list for adventure vacations. I'll never understand the people who travel thousands of miles just to sit on a beach.
