They are at 800.com. They do ship to Canada and alot of them are Goodtimes DVD that are not carried in Canada. I don't know about duties but you should be able to order two and still be below the duties limit plus not taxed. Shipping is $5 for first and $1 after so if you're getting two it's pretty decent.
