I am wondering if anyone knows a website that I can find the food count of specific foods. Like, for example: how many grams of 'carbs', 'protein' and 'fat' in say 'an apple'?!
Sometimes I have trouble with my internet connection so with this one I always have it on my computer. The nice thing with this is you can enter your amounts so you don't have to do the math yourself.
I really like www.fitday.com . It has detailed nutrition facts on foods and you can also chart your daily food intake, check to see if you're meeting your nutrient requirements, graph weight, etc.

Fitday is the one I use..I love it! It helped me drop 20lbs last year. You can also enter your excercise and calories burned and compare them against calories consumed.
