I had it running for 3 hours so far, and I have 27 pts. Check your profile/preferences/settings or something. I have it set to go on when my screensaver goes on, but I had to also set my screensaver to come on after 10 mins or so. I don't normally use one, so check to see if that's your problem. Um, otherwise I'm not too sure I understand some of the settings myself, but it seems to be working, I guess! I'm using ZoneAlarm as my firewall, and you have to give the UD program access to the internet. That's all I can think of.

I've seen results range between 2 hours to 24 hours+. If you double click on the icon in your task bar, you'll see the "Task CPU Time". This is how long it's been working on the task you currently have. You can also see what percentage it has completed. Once it reaches 100% and starts over, you should have some points. Under member information, you should also see if you have any points.

If you are referring to their website, they don't update it immediately. Look for the "Statistics Last Updated" to see when they last did it. Give it a couple of days and your results should show up.

You need to have a little patience. The points will accumulate in no time .

Costa > The goal here is to get as close as possible to no 1 so a "drop" in ranking from 5000 to 2000 is huge and is a very good thing

I joined too, awhile back. I just thought I'd bring this post to the top of the list so that people who have not seen it can see it now. This is a great cause, and I love the screensaver!

I just joined up! I just lost my dad recently to lung cancer so this is a nice way to get involved for a cure. Hopefully more of the goldfishlegs gang volunteer their processor power to the cause

I'm still signed up, though I'm not sure if anyone ever even noticed I became a member months ago. How ARE we doing?

I lost my mom a few years ago also to lung cancer .

It's shocking how suddenly the symptoms strike if it's not detected early. I don't know how it was with your mom, but my dad started losing feeling in his legs last May when the lung cancer spread to his spine and eventually he couldn't walk. Then he was gone in October, 4 days after my birthday.

I'm curious how many others who signed up have had people they know affected by cancer? My guess is most (if not all) since you can never truly appreciate the seriousness of it until it affects you personally.
