I'm wondering if anyone has ever bought anything from Lush. I'd like to try some of their stuff, but I'd like to get some opinions first. I also haven't been able to find any info on shipping prices if anyone would know anything about that. Thanks!

You know, it's funny, I am the most hair/makeup/perfumey girl that I know and I have a really good tolerance for such things....however.... I can't even walk by the Lush store without starting to cough and my eyes getting all watery and itchy, then I walk around feeling like I can still smell it for a while. This annoys me as I am curious about their products but I can't even get close enough to read a label! Arg!

I am a LUSH addict. I LOVE their bath bombs, especially "Waving Not Drowning", and can't get enough of them. Their soaps are wonderful too, especially "Honey I Washed the Kids"

I do try to stock up when I'm in a place that has the actual store (Montreal, Ottawa or Banff, usually) because I find their shipping costs to be really high.

I love their products! However they are more on the expensive side since it's all handmade

So have you actually paid for shipping? I'd kind of like to know approximately what I'd have to pay for a couple of things to be shipped to Nova Scotia.

They ship from Vancouver. My last order was about $40 of product (7 bath bombs) and cost just over $12 shipping to Quebec.

I'm a complete Lush addict to!
I love their creams and bath balms and bars.
They have great glittery body bars for a fancy night out! and their cocoa butter bar (had cocoa skin in it to exfoliate your skin as you rubbed the bar on)!
The products are well worth the shipping costs and once you start using them, you too will be hooked!

I am a certifiable Lushie . Was just in the store yesterday in fact. I LOVE some of the bath bombs and bubble bars and soaps. My skin is hyper-sensitive, but some of the products are ok on it (and sometimes its just worth it!). I prefer buying in store as well (I do not live in a city with a Lush location, but am visiting in one). I love that the soap is cut right off the slab for you there, instead of pre-formed bars. I love sniffing all the new stuff and touching the products. Sex Bomb, Ne Worry Pas, Waving Not Drowning, Avobath and Tisty Tosty are my fave bath bombs (for those who worry about getting the little herbs and various petals in their tub and wasting all that glorious relaxtion scrubbing the sides, just pop the bath bomb into a cut piece of pantyhose tied at each end - still fizzes like usual, but the floaty stuff is contained!). Coalface soap and Fresh Farmacy are great for dealing with those pesky monthly pimple outbreaks for adults - not as harsh as teen stuff and FF is very soothing! I also recommend the shampoo bars - little round cakes, I buy the blue one. Smells fab and lasts FOREVER - lathers perfectly and adds tonnes of body and shine!

I definitely suggest signing up for the Lush newsletter to get updates on new products and descriptions of scents if you plan to order online. If you visit the Lush site you have access to uncensored customer reviews which comes in very handy.

hmmm...do I sound a lil obsessive? lol

Well, I got my order from lush today. I only ordered a bath bomb and a shampoo bar. OH MAN! I will definitely be getting more! It's great that they send samples too. I'm pretty sure my friend is going to want some of this for her birthday!

It is an ADDICTION! I love their solid shampoo bars!! And their Aromaco deodorant.
And it makes me happy that there is minimal, if any, packaging, too.
