Astrakan -
I have ordered from these guys MANY times...and have NEVER been disappointed. Sometimes, used CDs and DVDs even come unopened and wrapped in plastic! Quality is always top-notch (at least from my experience).
Since Djangos ship from multiple locations for one order, the chances are great that only one or two items will be shipped from one location, even for large orders (i.e. 6 or more items). Hence, the chances that you will be dinged by Customs are great, because it's rare that any one used item is greater than $14 US.
[NOTE - the only time I was ever dinged by Customs was when I ordered CD box sets from Djangos. Valued at $30 US, it was hard for Djangos to under-value them by a great extent. I think they valued them at $20 US...hence, I was still nabbed by Customs, but not for very much. Moral of story - never order box sets from Djangos...]
The Djangos people are pretty good at 'under value-ing' items for us Canadian folks - they know we can get dinged by Customs for orders valued at over $20 Canadian (or approximately $14 US).
The great thing about Djangos is that once you place your order, they will send you an order confirmation listing the store locations all your order items will be shipping from. Hence, you can see which locations will be shipping two or more items. If these items combined cost more than $14 US, simply give the Djangos customer service people a call and ask them to ensure that they value your used items at less than $14 US for Customs purposes.
I've done this several times before, and the Djangos people always come through.
