Ahh, I see. So they are faster. Two of mine are actually PC cards sitting inside Sun boxes and they are dog slow. But over time, they do add up. I think they are 350Mhz.

It also depends on the task that you get. Some last less than two hours while others will go for days....

The project is succeeding beyond our wildest dreams. We have now screened the data base of 3.5 billion small molecules against two of the protein targets and made substantial progress with the more detailed analysis. The project has thrown up some 800,000 hits, according to Professor W. Graham Richards, Chairman of Chemistry at University of Oxford's New Chemistry Laboratory. Of those 800,000 hits 10-30% look good and some very good. We are rapidly approaching one million PCs participating and a contribution of 50,000 years of CPU time donated, and the response of the worldwide public has been amazing.
