I can see it perfectly in Netscape and Firefox, but it is missing in Internet Explorer.

I too sometimes have trouble with this site and the submit button....first try zooming out the page if that dont work ..i fill out the form as much as i can see and then use the tab button on your keyboard and then hit enter, hope it werks for you

In Internet Explorer you get the enter button when you hit the tab button a few times
