Kimmie..you email the below list....depending on which celebrity you want one from....one at a time obviously..and state ..thanks for autographed photo..and then give your name, and mailing address..that's it..you will get a confirmation email from them and then you wait to get the pics..OK? try www.save.ca
you pick the coupons for your province you want..by clicking in the appropriate box and then giving them your mailing address..they arrive printed on sheet of paper....in a couple of days..you cut them out and go save some cash flow when you shop!

A good site for starters is www.save.ca there are a variety of coupons to choose and they come really fast too.

or join a train
there are some trains that have the CFK's coupons in it specifically cus those are NOT available to everyone in canada and its great to get ahold of those when you live out west cus they seem to have alot of them for kids lunch snacks
