Don't know where I should post this, but I'm a bit ticked. There is a new arthritis rub by A535 and I wrote to the company asking if they had samples or coupons they could send, explaining that I had tried some other similar products which hadn't worked for me, and I was unwilling to spend almost $15 just to find out if the A535 suited me. This is a portion of their reply:
"Unfortunately, due to the volume of requests such as yours which we receive, we are unable to provide all of our valued consumers with free product samples or coupons. From time to time we do, however, run coupons for many of our products in Sunday newspaper inserts or popular magazines. We suggest you look in these places for advertisements we might be running in your area in the near future.
We also offer free samples at our web sites and suggest you visit them from time to time to check out what is new and currently available."
So - I couldn't find any free samples on their web site - where do they think I got their e-mail address from? And our small town doesn't have a Sunday newspaper!
I think this is really bad customer service & relations. I recently received some generous samples of Myoflex, which worked well for me, and I shall certainly buy their product rather than spending more money for an unknown product.
