I got really lucky for a whole year winning all the radio contests -- but it was as a result of bad luck - laid up totally from a car accident can laugh now but won everything they had. Now, I haven't won anything of note in years.

Has anyone won anything from City TV or MuchMusic etc? I was just wondering if they leave a message if you win something. There was a Toronto ph # on my call display but I thought it was probably a telemarketer 'cause the name just said private.

I won a DVD from City TV a couple of weeks ago and it just showed up via puralator (a suprise as they say they will phone). This last week I keep getting calls from TD Canada Trust so if your account is with them that is probably who it is.

When I got one of those calls last year I thought I won something and it was a collection agency from a toll highway. By mistake might I add. Not a pleasant call at that either. Had to go to the bank and get a note to show it had been paid a year previously.

When I have won from them,they leave a message saying so and give you a number plus an extension to call back to.They also tell you what you have won.

If you get a call from CITY, the number will either say unknown or private. I worked there for some time, and any time I'd call friends from the building, they'd never know who was calling. Came in really handy if I wanted to crank an ex-boyfriend. Haha!!!

Won a T shirt from Extreme sports last night. They said they would phone after the contest is over for the question. Didn't think you would have to do that just for a T shirt. Still waiting for my $5.00 from Rolaids. Anybody get their $ from Rolaids yet?
