When I filled it out it said it would be in the mail within 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago.

actually, just got home and brought in the mail and i have my coupon for dairy oh! so i'd say they're on their way

Yes I got mine last week. They had the address right but the name wrong. I heard from many others that the names were wrong. the database must have been messed. The envelope does have the Neilson logo on it
