Yesterday I ordered Something with my points but today it still says that I have 5000 points. Anyone know why that would be?
I hope that doesn't mean my request didn't go through. I ordered the Gift Certificate and It said it would be sent in 10-12 weeks and then when I went back to the points page it hadn't changed.
I can't remember what it did last month when I used points. Anyone able to answer this for me?

I'm pretty sure this is normal. I remember the same thing happening to me the last couple of times I ordered things, and so far, everything has arrived.

They don't take off the points you've used. The points will still add up for the month but you're no longer allowed to order anything else. That's all
