Hi Goldfishlover -- they asked for my tel # too but when u are all done, at the end you print out a checkout sheet which shows your order for the Office 2000 SP2 the the total is $0.00 but near the bottom of the checkout sheet the billing info and shipping info contain your phone # -- I guess in case it gets lost or they need to trace -- who knows -- I was real skeptical until i got to the very last part that said I owed them $0.00 and that incl shipping -- so if you dont mind them having your tel # I'd try again! Microsoft arent known for their giftiness - LOL hope I dont sound like a windbag
