Pantene did not work for me either. Trys to download index page of website.

The page is kind of messed up but I did get a form to fill out so there's still hope.

I think the problem here is that this web page is not maintained because the offer expired a while back and this is just a copy of the old link.
The free shampoo sample is not offered on Pantene's main site anymore and I remember getting this quite a long time ago, when the new line came out. You can get a $2.00 coupon from their main page, though, if interested.
